Telrim Four-Two-One-Nine

The Andalite jerks slightly - enough to have Telrim's weapon raised and ready - then relaxes. To the Yeerk's surprise, he merely glances around as if to remember what he's doing, then steps into the lift and rises with gathering speed, past Regulus and Mikoto's level.

< I guess we fooled him? > Natasha suggests. Andalites are hard enough to read, and this is about the third time she's even seen one.

< Lucky us. For a second I thought... > Telrim exhales at last and checks the lift, then calls up in a low voice, "Clear."
